Working as a GP with St John, you are offered an excellent work/life balance with opportunities at four centres located across multiple suburbs surrounding Perth. St John Medical centres operate on a mixed appointment and walk-in consultation basis from Monday to Sunday.
St John Medical centres are modern, fully equipped and have excellent nursing support. We also have allied health services available at our centres including X-ray on-site, pathology, podiatry and physiotherapy. Our practices usually have six to 10 doctors working on site at any given time, with varying opening hours at each location (please see locations for opening hours and more information).
St John engages with doctors under a range of commercial agreements such as independent contractors (where you are self-employed and contract your services to us) to staff roles on fixed contracts or as full-time employees. Have a chat to our friendly team and we can work on how to structure an engagement contract that suits your needs.
To work with St John as a GP in Australia, you must be recognised and obtain Fellowship by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and be eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). We will provide you with all the relevant forms and information to help you through the process should you need us to.
