Bulk billing options available. As of 27 July 2020, a private fee will apply to Joondalup Urgent Care consultations after 5pm weekdays, all day weekends and all day public holidays.
When it’s urgent but not an emergency, you can avoid queues at the Emergency Department and receive immediate care.
Joondalup Urgent Care is staffed by a team of highly skilled doctors and nurses that will be able to see and treat walk-in patients.
Attend in person or call for the following:
- Possible sprains or broken bones
- Cuts that need stitches or glue
- Sports injuries
- Minor eye and ear problems
- Minor burns and scalds
- Insect and animal bites
- X-rays available on site
Attend Emergency Department or call triple zero (000) for:
- Heart attack/chest pains
- Inability to breathe
- Heavy bleeding
- Serious head or neck injury
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Severe stomach pain
- Severe burns
- Bleeding in pregnancy
- Serious mental health problems
- Poisoning or serious allergic reactions
Ample free patient and disabled parking available within Joondalup Gate. Access via two roads; Joondalup Drive or George Grey Place. NB: If you are travelling from the north on Joondalup Drive you can only turn right at George Grey Place – then turn first left at the roundabout and follow this road turning right up the ramp to the carpark.
