Reliable, personal and affordable transportation to get you to and from your appointments.
St John Community Transport provides a door to door service to people who can't use public transport, their usual means of transportation or continually rely on the help of others to get to an appointment.
Need a little more support? We offer a St John Companion service (metro only), where one of our team members will be there with you before and after your appointment. Our passenger's carer, friend or family member are also welcome on the trip at no additional charge.
Our drivers are first aid certified and vehicles are fully equipped with an AED to ensure a safe journey.

If you suspect you have COVID-19 (Coronavirus) or are experiencing flu or viral symptoms, please call us before attending a centre.

Passenger requirements
Our transport service is intended for people who are having issues with accessing the community, due to age, illness or disability. All passengers need to meet the following requirements:
- Be able to enter and exit a sedan vehicle
- Do not require medical assistance during the trip
- Accompanied by a guardian if under 16 years of age
- Accompanied by a carer if they have dementia or are mentally unstable
- Be medically stable
- Able to manage themselves at the appointment
